Fees and session length:
 

My fee for a 45-minute individual psychotherapy session (in-person or online) aligns with the standard rates in your area for my level of experience and specialty training. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. See below for more details.

Utilizing Out-of-Network Insurance:
 

While I am not an in-network provider, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a portion of therapy fees once your deductible is met. I’m happy to help you navigate this process and provide an estimate of your potential benefits.

​Payment:
 

I accept Venmo and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service, unless we arrange otherwise during our first session.

 

Cancellations:
 

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed in full.

 

Scheduling:
 

I currently have openings for new clients and offer both online sessions and limited in-person appointments in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. If you’re interested in working together, please send me an email — I’d be happy to explore whether we’re a good fit.
