
Fees and session length:
My standard sessions are 50-minutes. I also offer extended sessions (60, 75 or 90 minutes) when appropriate. My fees reflect the expertise and specialization I’ve developed over two decades of working with trauma, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing, and vary based on session length. I do not take insurance. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. See below for more details.

Utilizing Out-of-Network Insurance:
While I am not an in-network provider, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a portion of therapy fees once your deductible is met. I’m happy to help you navigate this process and provide an estimate of your potential benefits.

​Payment:
I accept credit cards via IvyPay. Payment is due at the time of service, unless we arrange otherwise during our first session.
Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed in full.
Scheduling:
I currently have limited openings for new online clients. I do not presently have openings for in-person sessions. If you’re interested in working together, please send me an email — I’d be happy to explore whether we’re a good fit.
