At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is sacred—an unfolding of the body, mind, and spirit back toward wholeness. I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in presence, nervous system awareness, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.

With over 20 years of experience as a trauma therapist, I integrate Somatic Experiencing with psychodynamic and relational approaches, alongside an interfaith understanding of the human spirit. My work is especially attuned to the body’s wisdom—how restoration arises not just through insight, but through felt safety, curiosity, and connection.

​

Creating a culturally and spiritually sensitive practice has always been important to me. I’ve completed studies in Judaism, Native American Spirituality, and a two-year interfaith seminary program exploring the world’s major faith traditions. These experiences continue to deepen my ability to honor each client’s beliefs, practices, and lived experience—including the pain that can come from religious or spiritual trauma.
